B2B PR: My apologies and the Importance of Apologizing Fast

A quick apology to everyone who took the time out to comment on my blog and tell me how much they have enjoyed it — or share their perspective.  I have had a problem with blog comment notification, which is why I have not gotten back to folks.  I didn’t realize that anyone was commenting — yet alone reading what I wrote :) and am gratified that people are.

Meanwhile, as anyone with a micro job of knowledge about PR knows,  if you make a mistake, Apologize, Promise Do Better and Quickly Move on. Which is what I am doing here. And, which of course some of our politicians (as well as corporate folks like Toyota) should have learned a long time ago.

So, to everyone who took the time to comment — my sincere thanks and apologies for not responding to sooner.

I look forward to hearing from all of you and continuing the conversation….much more speedily!
